Students who are subject to the 2024 curriculum and wish to take the 4th Term Workplace-Based Vocational Training (WVT) courses must complete their applications by the end of business hours on Friday, 06.02.2026. Applications must be submitted to the Directorate of our Vocational School together with the Student General Petition Form (FR-066) and the FR-775 Workplace-Based Vocational Training Consent–Declaration and Undertaking Form.

Within the scope of Kayseri University Workplace-Based Vocational Training Implementation Principles, pursuant to Article 5 – Definition and General Principles of Workplace-Based Vocational Training, students must meet the following requirements in order to take the Workplace-Based Vocational Training course:

Must not have received any disciplinary penalties

Must not have any failed courses due to absenteeism

Must have the recommendation of the relevant department/program Workplace-Based Vocational Training Commission

Must meet other achievement criteria determined by the Unit Administrative Board decision.

In addition, students are required to meet the Grade Point Average (GPA) requirement determined on a program basis and shown in the table below. Applications of students who do not meet the specified conditions will not be evaluated.
