At the Higher Education General Assembly meeting held on August 26, 2010, the "Computer Technology Program" was established for the 2010-2011 academic year, and an additional quota was provided for student admission. Following a decision taken at the General Assembly of Higher Education on May 5, 2011, the "Computer Programming (Evening Education)" program was opened for the 2011-2012 academic year in accordance with Articles 7/d-2 and 7/h of Law No. 2547, as amended by Law No. 2880, and Article 4 of Law No. 3843.
