The first semester World Cuisines exam for our second-year Culinary Arts Program students has been successfully completed.
The exam featured select dishes from the cuisines of Turkey, Russia, Mexico, Italy, Spain, France, Korea, Sweden, and the Balkans.

The evaluators were:
👨🏫 Our Department Chair, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yılmaz DELİCE,
👨🍳 Cooking Program Lecturers Tarık ERTÜRK and Sinan KILIÇKAYA,
🍴 President of the Kayseri Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Association, and Chef Kadim BIYIK, Head Chef at TED Kayseri College,
🏨 Chef Salih ŞAHİN, Head Chef at Radisson Blu Hotel.
After the exam, our School Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yılmaz DELİCE was presented with a plaque by Chef Kadim BIYIK,
President of the Kayseri Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Association, for his contributions to the Kayseri Gastronomy Days. 🏆👏
Additionally, in recognition of the ongoing support provided by the Kayseri Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Association to our Culinary Arts Program, our School Director, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yılmaz DELİCE, presented Chef Kadim BIYIK with a plaque of appreciation. 🤝✨
