Operated under Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi, the Seferihisar Student Education and Recreation Facility will begin providing services as of 18.05.2026. The facility is designed to host both holiday accommodations and events such as conferences, meetings, and similar organizations.

In addition to accommodation services, breakfast and dinner are provided. Guests can also benefit from the Beach Buffet, which is open throughout the day.
