The fifth edition of the “International Strategic Communication Summit (Stratcom Summit),” first organized in 2021 by the Presidency of Communications, will be held in Istanbul on March 27–28, 2026, under the theme “Fragmentation in the International System: Crises, Narratives, and the Search for Order.”
In this period of transformation, marked by increasing uncertainty and intertwined multidimensional risks, the Summit aims to emphasize the critical importance of developing a new communication paradigm for ensuring social stability and collective action. The Stratcom Summit seeks to reaffirm the indispensable role of strategic communication in today’s dynamic and fragile global environment.
The Summit will host policymakers, academics, government officials, communication professionals, representatives of civil society and think tanks, as well as industry leaders. Within this framework, the structural fragmentation and transformation in the international system will be addressed from a multidimensional perspective, and discussions will focus on the role strategic communication will assume in the new era, the opportunities it offers, and the boundaries within which it should be shaped.
