The 1st International Agriculture, Food and Mediterranean Diet Congress will be held on October 7–9, 2026, at the Antalya Nazım Hikmet Fair and Congress Center, hosted by Akdeniz University.

The congress will be organized under the main theme “A Holistic Healthy Life from Production to Table”. It will address interdisciplinary topics including agriculture, food, nutrition, and health sciences, as well as gastronomy, sustainability, food safety, and public policies.

The congress aims to bring together scientists, public sector representatives, and industry stakeholders at both national and international levels.
